When Jorg Kannakowski agreed to let me shoot a profile of him and one of the German motorcycle tour groups he leads through the American Southwest, he had one stipulation: we had to fit his interview (none of the group spoke English) and all photography into their lunch hour. So we stole a few minutes with him and his group during their lunch break at The Palms Restaurant in 29 Palms and Wonder Valley, California. Consider this an exercise in sudden filmmaking. Great guy, great group of spirited humans: warm, funny, charming. I enjoyed my time with them immensely. Hope you do as well...
